Duties
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on farm machinery, heavy equipment, and industrial systems using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications.
- Operate heavy equipment such as skid loaders, tractors, trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Read schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, transmission, suspension, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and other mechanical issues.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble or disassemble equipment for repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with team members or customers regarding repair status or technical issues.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge of farm machinery, industrial equipment, and heavy-duty vehicles.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as skid loaders and tractors.
- Familiarity with OEM parts catalogs and schematics for troubleshooting electrical or hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and electrical testing devices.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in outdoor environments under various weather conditions.
