Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Administrator role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area(Westwood). The Project Administrator will manage daily project documentation, facilitate communication between project teams. Additional responsibilities include processing compliance documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting project managers to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, document management, and scheduling abilities
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including compliance paperwork and reporting
