Project Manager – Commercial Construction | 4-Day Workweek

We’re growing our commercial construction team in Toledo and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us.

What You’ll Do

• Lead commercial construction projects from planning through completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cash flow
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, internal teams, and clients
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and constructability requirements
• Negotiate and manage contracts, change orders, and vendor/subcontractor relationships
• Oversee permitting, compliance, inspections, and project documentation
• Monitor quality control and jobsite safety expectations
• Resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining strong client relationships
• Track deliverables, schedules, and overall project performance
• Support successful project closeout and owner satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and owner relationships
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience reading plans, specifications, and construction contracts
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and construction compliance
• Authorized to work in the United States
