We are immediately hiring for experienced CDL A drivers to join our organization as full-time employees.
Will start your trip with a pre-loaded trailer out of our Swedesboro, NJ location and can anticipate an average of 4-6 stops daily though can range from 1 up to 10 stops in a day. Average time at each stop is 30-45 minutes. Some stops will be unloaded for the driver though almost all stops will require unloading using an E-Jack and it is possible that you will need to break down some deliveries to a hand cart.

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday work schedule
- Start times ranging from 3:00 - 6:00 AM
- Typical work day between 8-10 hours with Saturday work available for volunteers
- Home daily
Pay:
- $0.65 per mile
- $25 per stop
- $20 per hour detention after 1 hour at delivery or pickup
- $75 per week performance bonus (No call offs, on time for daily start, and safe driving)
- $280 per day minimum
- $25 per trip into NYC (if required and by rotation)

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of CDL A experience
- Monday - Friday schedule with 3:00 - 6:00 AM Start Time
- 8 - 10 Hour Work Days & Saturday Work available for Volunteers
- Average is 4 - 5 stops per load though can range anywhere from 1 - 10 stops in a day
- Potentially need the willingness to go into NYC occasionally/rotation - $25 additional paid for city trip
- Willing to use E-Jack and will need to break down pallets and use handcart for certain drops (NYC). Some stops will not require unloading - depending on stop/location
- Anticipate our Drivers will earn $80-90/K annually and can expect 40-50 Hours/Week
