🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire teams of Superintendents, Engineers, and Interns.
• Tackle complex construction challenges with confidence and creativity.
• Own the field operations from pre-construction to ribbon cutting.
• Collaborate with Owners, Architects, and Contractors to bring visions to life.
• Keep projects on time, on budget, and on point—every time.
• Champion safety, quality, and innovation on every jobsite.

🧠 What You Bring:

• 7 years of experience as a Project Superintendent.
• A degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Strong tech skills—especially in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
• Bonus points for certifications like OSHA 30, CPR, or LEED AP/GA.
