Lawn Care Technician — Miller Creek $18–$23/hr | Full-Time Seasonal | Day Shift
Miller Creek is hiring a Lawn Care Technician to help maintain and enhance residential, commercial, and municipal properties throughout the season. You'll be hands-on every day — mowing, trimming, fertilizing, managing irrigation, and keeping properties looking their best.
What You'll Do
- Mow, trim, edge, fertilize, aerate, and weed on scheduled routes
- Apply fertilizers and herbicides following safety and best practice guidelines
- Perform routine irrigation system inspections, repairs, and adjustments
- Identify and address pest, disease, and drainage issues
- Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and ensure quality standards are met
- Adapt plans based on weather or changing job site conditions
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience
- Knowledge of horticulture, pest management, fertilizers, herbicides, and irrigation
- Comfortable operating and maintaining lawn care equipment
- Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Organized, reliable, and safety-conscious
