We’re looking for a Hardscape Foreman to lead a crew installing high-quality residential and commercial projects, including pavers, retaining walls, boulder walls, steps, grading, fire pits, and more.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a crew of 1–3 team members
- Install hardscape elements: pavers, retaining walls, boulder walls, steps, grading, fire pits, edging
- Read and execute plans, blueprints, and work orders
- Manage materials, equipment, and daily production goals
- Communicate with Project Managers and clients to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain safety standards and quality control on every project
- Document job progress and handle change orders
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of hardscape experience or similar field
- Proven crew leadership skills
- Skilled with excavators, skid steers, tampers, saws, and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to ensure high-quality work
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in all weather
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to identify hazards
- Required: Valid Driver’s License & MN DOT Card (Obtain prior to hire)
Job Details
- Type: Full-time, Seasonal | 40 hours/week
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday (10-hour shifts) Friday meetings
