What are the responsibilities and job description for the Managing Director position at MILLER CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER?
About Us
Since 1969, three generations of San Antonio families have trusted Miller Child Development Center to give their children a safe, loving place to learn and grow. Founded by educator Mrs. Hazel T. Miller, MCDC is a non-profit center on the Eastside — close to Fort Sam Houston — with deep roots in this community and real room to grow. We are looking for the right leader to take us to the next level.
The Opportunity
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job. We need a hands-on leader who loves children, connects with families, and knows how to build a strong team. You will run daily operations, keep us in compliance with state licensing, grow our enrollment, and be the face of MCDC in the community. The more families you bring in, the more you earn — it's that straightforward.
