CMM Operator

Performs First Article inspection, Machine Datum inspection and Fixture calibration by performing the following duties.

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $32.00/hr.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Operate CMM machine to create inspection program.
• Completes inspection using hand tools (caliper, thickness gage etc)
• Creates inspection report using AS9102 form
• Provides dimensional analysis if needed

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Experience operating Cmm machine
• Ability to read and interpret drawings 
• Experience using hand tools (caliper, thickness gage etc)
• Experience with GD&T and ASME Y14.5
• Computer and math skills
• Ability to multitask
