Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models and schedules for portfolio and individual properties.
- Assist with risk management function including annual insurance renewal, claim reporting and review of insurance requirements in contracts.
- Maintain and update the corporate leverage model.
- Analyze and abstract loan documents and understand sections including prepayments, yield maintenance, defeasance, leasing, alterations and transfer provisions.
- Assist in obtaining lender approval for leases and capital projects.
- Prepare corporate cash management activity reports and forecasts based on information from leases and capital projects from asset management and development teams.
- Provide support for loan transactions.
- Prepare capital calls to partners and support treasury operations.
- Track loan compliance reporting and assist with lender communication.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed.
- CFO specific projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, insurance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment across departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary: $75,000 to $90,000 per year
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- Performance based bonus potential: 15% of base salary
