Miller Brother Solutions is looking for reliable candidates for some Metal Forming Operator positions in North East, PA. These are 2nd shift openings with a pay rate of $18.22/hour plus a $.50 shift differential. A raise to over $19/hour will happen at hire.
Metal Form Operator
Shift: 2nd shift 3:30pm-2pm Monday through Thursday, candidate will train on 1st shift-6am-2:30pm Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $18.22/hour plus a .50 shift differential. Raise to $19.10/hour at hire

Metal Form Operator

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate the mill, including roll changes
- Operate in-line welder as needed
- Change rolls, shims and components in the mill as needed
- Work with very close tolerances from blueprints and roll form cards.
- Use shop math, micrometer, gauges, tape measure and calipers.
- Complete setups, routine maintenance, and other equipment related to operations.
- Change pre-punch, punch and cut-off dies when needed.
- Fill out paperwork in a timely and legible manner.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work area.
- Heavy Lifting as required.
- Other duties as required.
- Must be able to read blue prints.
- Basic Shop Math
- Mechanical Aptitude required
- Ability to use handheld measurement instruments.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
