Miller & Sons Electric is hiring an experienced Residential Service Electrician to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ.

This is a true residential service technician position — not new construction.

If you are confident in troubleshooting, quoting, and selling electrical work in residential homes, this role is built for you.

As a Residential Service Electrician, you will:

• Respond to dispatched residential service calls

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues

• Perform panel upgrades, service changes, EV charger installations, and circuit installations

• Build and present quotes on-site

• Sell solutions with professionalism and integrity

• Complete same-day repairs and installations

• Lead apprentices on larger residential projects

• Invoice and collect payment before leaving

You will manage your service calls from start to finish.

• Electrical troubleshooting
• Electrical panel upgrades
• Breaker replacements
• EV charger installation
• Dedicated circuit installation
• Lighting installation
• GFCI / outlet replacement
• Residential service repairs

We are looking for a Residential Electrician who:

✔ Has 4 years residential electrical experience

✔ Is strong in service troubleshooting

✔ Can confidently explain pricing to homeowners

✔ Is comfortable using iPad-based estimating software

✔ Works independently

✔ Wants performance-based earning potential
