- Process sales transactions efficiently through cash management systems and basic math calculations
- Support banking-related tasks such as deposit processing or loan processing when applicable
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
- Strong understanding of banking or financial services concepts is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency, including retail math and 10-key typing skills for accurate transactions
- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous
- Ability to perform cash handling duties with accuracy and integrity
- Knowledge of loan processing procedures and cash management practices is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
