Millennium Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Red Team Operator III to support our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This role focuses on advanced cyber threat emulation and adversarial operations within complex enterprise and mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intelligence-driven cyber threat emulation to replicate real-world adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
- Support cyber exercises, operational assessments, Test & Evaluation (T&E) events, and training engagements
- Operate as part of a Red Team acting as an opposing force to evaluate system, system-of-systems, and enterprise resilience in contested cyber environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Red Team operations
- Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and training newly assigned Red Team operators
- Contribute to continuous improvement of offensive cyber capabilities and mission effectiveness
- Active TS/SCI Clearance.
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of three (3) years of experience OR six (6) years of experience with an Associates Degree.
- IAT Level II Sec , OSCP, Sec X, RTJC, or other cyber security certificate is required.
- Proven experience in Red Team operations, cyber threat emulation, or offensive cyber security.
- Strong understanding of adversary tactics and frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).
- Experience supporting cyber exercises or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
