What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Management Analyst position at Millennium?
Millennium Corporation is seeking a DoD Program Management Analyst in Warren, MI. An active Secret Clearance is required for consideration.
The Program Management Analyst will:
- Manage a complex Department of Defense (DoD) engineering/technical program
- Serve as a Point of Contact through the project life cycle, from the original concept through final implementation.
- Interface and coordinate with high-level staff, contracting officers, engineers, and government stakeholders.
- Provide program input and recommendations to leadership for program action
- Ensure work is compliant with federal and DoD regulations (e.g., Federal Acquisition Regulations)
- Develop timelines, track progress, and ensure all milestones and deliverables are met on time.
- Define the scope and objectives of the project and develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Manage taskers to ensure priority actions are properly executed throughout the organization
- Lead project meetings and prepare briefings, papers, minutes, calendars, and action items
- Prepare required presentation materials for on-site and off-site events.
Qualifications
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Business Administration/Management, Project Management, etc.)
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience with a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline (MBA, etc.)
- An active Secret security clearance
- Knowledge of DoD Instructions 5000.02 - Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework and FAR.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Previous and recent experience coordinating the management of military acquisition programs (preferably ground combat vehicle systems).
- Knowledge of the vehicle acquisition procurement process preferred.
