About The Role
We are seeking a talented and innovative professional to join our team as an Operations Control Specialist within Operations and Middle Office. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering dynamic management presentations and content, leveraging next-generation technologies to drive organizational and business objectives. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with Senior Management across the organization, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while shaping strategic initiatives and enhancing operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create Engaging Management Content: Design compelling presentations and materials for investor meetings, town halls, executive briefings, and training sessions, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with Operations and Middle Office Senior Management, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technology teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Conduct Research and Gather Insights: Perform user research, analyze feedback, and synthesize insights to inform content design and improve user experiences.
- Enhance User Experience: Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction designs to optimize engagement and streamline communication.
- Oversee Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed with high-quality standards.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously monitor emerging UI/UX tools, technologies, and best practices to implement innovative solutions and drive improvements.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in Visual/Motion Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Hands-on experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and UI/UX best practices is a strong advantage.
- Background in Financial Services, Big 4 Consulting, or Management Consulting is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them effectively to create intuitive, impactful content.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate complex ideas and data into visually engaging, user-friendly formats.
Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package
