We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support large-scale enterprise programs by defining, documenting, and managing business requirements and use cases. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure clear scope, traceability, and successful delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in use case development and requirements documentation.
- Experience creating and managing RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Domain experience in Utility / Energy /Supply Chain
