- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 6 years of experience in automotive software development, software validation, software quality, or embedded systems.
- 3 years of experience managing technical software development or software validation programs.
- Knowledge of vehicle systems, ECUs, software integration, and software release processes.
- Experience with hardware and software configuration management.
- Familiarity with software release planning, defect management, and software maturity tracking.
