What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sign Maker/ Fabricator /Installer position at Millennium Signs & Display Inc.?
Millennium Signs & Display Inc. is a leading nationwide supplier of store décor, fixturing and signage and point-of-purchase displays. We are seeking Sign and Visual Displays Fabricators for our Hempstead, NY facilities
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/characteristics:
- Minimum 5 yrs experience working in Sign or visual Display company
- High School Diploma
- Experience with power tools (mitre saw, table saw, hand routers, sanders, etc.)
- Carpentry / Woodwork knowledge (i.e. cutting 45-degree angles, using tape measure, squares, etc.)
- Ability to work both independently and in groups
- Ability to work with SIntra PVC/Wood/Foam /Acrylic and glues/adhesives in fast paced setups
- Willing to work overtime and/or Saturdays if needed.
