Quality Supervisor
Join Millennium Print Group as a Quality Assurance Supervisor!
We're looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team in Greensboro, NC. If you're passionate about quality management, team leadership, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to lead a high-performing team within one of the world's top printing and packaging manufacturers.

Schedule: Onsite, full-time

What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team within the Quality Assurance department, ensuring quality standards and compliance with ISO and QMS requirements.
Oversee daily QA activities, including inspection, auditing, and measurement of production quality and adherence to specifications.
Partner with management to improve operational performance, reduce waste, and enhance process control.
Ensure proper onboarding, training, and coaching of quality staff to maintain consistent excellence.
Analyze and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis, data collection, and corrective actions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, fulfillment, and leadership teams to meet customer and business goals.
Maintain metrics for safety, quality, on-time delivery, and efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
4 years of experience in quality assurance supervision, manufacturing, or printing environments.
Strong understanding of ISO standards, QMS, and quality inspection tools.
Skills & Abilities:
Proven leadership and people management experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and management information systems (MIS).
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
