Fulfillment Team Lead
Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Team Lead! We're looking for a hands-on leader to support our Fulfillment operations in Mebane NC. If you're passionate about guiding teams, improving processes, and ensuring accurate and efficient shipping and receiving, this is your opportunity to make an impact on products loved around the world.

Schedule: Onsite- Full Time

What You'll Do
Provide daily guidance, mentorship, and support to Fulfillment team members.
Assist with onboarding, training, and development of staff.
Monitor daily operations and communicate status updates and issues to leadership.
Partner with supervisors to identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
Perform administrative support tasks including scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, ISO standards, and safety requirements.
Promote a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment.
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
Previous experience in a Lead or team coordination role preferred.
Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and ability to interpret work-related information.
