Supervisor Overwrap
Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a Supervisor, Overwrap S5!
We’re seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Overwrap S5 to lead daily production operations within our Overwrap department. This role provides floor-level leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentoring to Overwrap production staff
- Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Partner with the Department Manager to execute operational goals and performance metrics
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing skill development of team members
- Monitor production performance, downtime, and quality; recommend corrective actions
- Troubleshoot operational issues using structured problem-solving techniques
- Support preventive maintenance efforts to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Shipping, Quality, Inventory, Facilities, IT, and Production teams
- Maintain production reports and communicate shift handoffs effectively
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, SOPs, and security protocols
- High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in overwrap production or related manufacturing environments
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- Working knowledge of overwrap equipment, tools, and production processes
- Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, 5S, and continuous improvement practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting
- Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and quality requirements
- Challenging the Expected: Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Building Relationships: Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and meet production goals
- Integrity and Respect: Lead teams with accountability, professionalism, and consistency
