Supervisor, Overwrap-Nights
Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a Supervisor, Overwrap!
We are seeking an experienced production leader to oversee daily operations within our Overwrap department. In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership, support production teams, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support daily overwrap production operations to achieve quality and production goals
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive performance and accountability
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing employee training activities
- Monitor production schedules, equipment performance, and operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain production reporting related to quality, downtime, and operational performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Shipping, Quality, Inventory, Facilities, and IT
- Support staffing, scheduling, attendance tracking, and employee performance management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and workflow optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, ISO requirements, and company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of manufacturing experience with prior supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in overwrap production or related printing/manufacturing environments strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of production equipment, processes, and workflow coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, 5S, and continuous improvement practices preferred
