We’re looking for an Overwrap Line Lead to support production operations and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you’re passionate about leadership, quality, and operational efficiency, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and support overwrap production team members on a daily basis
- Provide training, coaching, and onboarding support
- Monitor production activities and communicate operational status
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate when necessary
- Ensure adherence to job specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with quality and training teams to improve performance
- Enforce safety, security, and company policies
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of relevant experience; prior lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot production equipment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer and system proficiency
