Millennium Print Group (MPG) is seeking an experienced InfoSec Oversight Manager to manage information security programs, risk management, compliance audits, and third-party risk management initiatives. 🌟InfoSec Oversight Manager
Millennium Print Group (MPG) is seeking an experienced InfoSec Oversight Manager to manage information security programs, risk management, compliance audits, and third-party risk management initiatives. What You'll Do:
- Lead information security and cybersecurity programs, defining objectives, metrics, and operational policies.
- Manage Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) programs, including vendor security assessments and contract compliance.
- Conduct quarterly Identity and Access Management (IAM) reviews and biannual configuration reviews across endpoint, network, cloud, web, and firewall systems.
- Prepare executive risk, compliance, and program status reports for senior leadership.
- Support SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and other compliance audits.
- Deliver security awareness training to employees and contractors.
- Mentor and develop InfoSec personnel to ensure operational efficiency and security excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in Information Security with at least 2 years in a Management role.
- Proven experience in risk management, GRC frameworks, InfoSec policy, TPRM, and compliance audits.
- InfoSec certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, SANS GIAC, CISA.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and risk management tools/systems.
- Passion for Cards: Protect the technology and systems supporting globally recognized products.
- Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Ensure security, compliance, and risk mitigation in all InfoSec programs.
- Challenging the Expected: Continuously improve governance, controls, and cybersecurity practices.
- Building Relationships: Partner with IT, HR, Legal, and Operations to strengthen security posture.
- Integrity and Respect: Maintain confidentiality and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
