Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Maintain accuracy in shipping/receiving and ensure all SOPs and ISO requirements are followed.

What You’ll Do
- Guide daily work activities and provide hands-on support to fulfillment team members.
- Communicate operational updates to management and escalate issues promptly.
- Assist leadership in diagnosing problems and recommending workflow improvements.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, attendance tracking, report maintenance, and training documentation.
- Support conflict resolution alongside supervisors when needed.
- Ensure accurate and efficient shipping, receiving, and material inspection.
- Verify freight for defects, damages, and compliance with requirements.
- Support on-time delivery by ensuring shipments meet customer expectations.
- Uphold safety standards, housekeeping practices, and ISO/Quality System requirements.
- Follow company policies and maintain compliance with security protocols.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support operational success.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Typically, 4 years of fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing experience, ideally including lead experience.
- Experience working within ISO or QMS environments preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, email systems, intranet, and MIS tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform basic math and operate standard office equipment.
