Fulfillment Associate
Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Associate!
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable team member to support receiving and shipping operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory handling and on-time shipment of products.
Location: Mebane, NC
Schedule: Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay bonus eligibility full benefits package
What You'll Do:
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify accuracy
- Receive, tag, stage, and organize incoming materials
- Load and unload trucks and move materials within the facility
- Prepare and verify outbound shipments and shipping documentation
- Process shipments using systems such as UPS and FedEx
- Track shipments and assist with resolving delivery issues
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
- Maintain accurate records and system updates
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word, MIS systems)
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
