- Establish team goals, coverage plans, and operating priorities that support provider productivity, patient access, and service expectations.
- Monitor practice metrics related to provider template utilization, appointment availability, revenue cycle handoffs, patient experience, and administrative quality.
- Coordinate with providers, clinical leaders, revenue cycle, finance, HR, compliance, and centralized support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Manage direct reports through hiring support, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Implement process changes that improve practice workflows, reduce delays, and support consistent clinic execution.
- Support budget monitoring, expense control, supply coordination, and local financial performance activities.
