This full‑time, Monday–Friday role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced medical office and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Position Details
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends
Pay range: $18.00 – $23.50 per hour

How You Will Make An Impact
As a Front Office Associate, you will be the welcoming face of our practice and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients warmly and professionally
- Managing timely check‑in and check‑out
- Handling patient scheduling, insurance verification, and clerical tasks
- Supporting patient flow and maintaining a positive office environment
- Using EMR systems (Athena experience preferred but not required)
- Minimum 2 years of front office experience in a healthcare environment
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask in a busy medical office
- Ability to lift/move up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs occasionally
