- Patient intake — Greet patients, verify insurance, update records, and prepare charts
- Scheduling coordination — Manage appointments, follow‑ups, and provider calendars
- Clinical support — Assist with vitals, rooming patients, and preparing exam rooms
- Documentation accuracy — Maintain detailed and compliant patient records
- Patient communication — Answer phones, relay messages, and support patient needs
- Office reliability — Maintain consistent attendance and support additional office locations as needed
- Two years of medical office experience in a clinical or patient‑facing role
- Strong multi‑tasking skills and ability to prioritize
- Excellent reliability, professionalism, and communication skills
- Ability to float to other Millennium Physician Group offices when needed
- Experience in family practice
- Bilingual (Spanish/English or Creole/English)
