How Will You Make An Impact & Requirements
- Generate reports as needed and requested
- Handle all front desk duties, answer phone, greet visitors
- Provide information over the phone to internal or external inquiries
- Sort and distribute mail, send faxes, makes copies as needed
- Order and maintain supplies for the office
- Facilitate office upkeep and oversee maintenance, decorate for holidays & in house celebrations
- Update team calendars as needed
- Arrange meetings and schedule appointments
- Report Data entry
- Perform other duties as assigned, supporting organizational goals and initiatives.
