Apartment building close to Millennium Park has an opening for a Package Room Office Assistant.
Hours:
1:00pm - 9:00pm Wednesday through Sunday
Off Monday and Tuesday

Responsibilities include:
- Take in various deliveries
- Properly log and store the packages
- Notify every resident that has a package in the package room
- Audit the room on a daily basis
- Teamwork
- Retrieve packages for residents
- Ensure that all packages are held securely
- Deliver proper customer service to all residents
- Smile
- Maintain a professional demeanor always
Requirements include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven customer service skills and experience.
- Ability to work with other staff members and be able to take direction from supervisor.
- Flexible schedule to work weekends, night shift and/or overtime.
- Must have high energy, friendly personality and willingness to work hard.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Comfort standing, walking, bending and kneeling for extended periods of time.
- 1 to 2 years of prior experience in customer service, shipping/receiving, or a mailroom preferred.
Pay Rate: $22.35 per hour
