We are a property management company located in the heart of downtown Chicago. We have an immediate opening for a professional and responsible Valet. Schedule:Wednesday: 3:00pm - 11:00pmThursday: 4:00pm - 12:00amFriday: 4:00pm - 12:00amSaturday: 4:00pm - 12:00amSunday: 4:00pm - 12:00amResponsibilities include:· Greet and welcome guests to the garage· Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items· Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot· Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other available services· Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return· Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking garage, following all traffic laws· Operate vehicles safely and responsibility· Organize and file paperwork regarding guests' vehicles and daily transactionsQualifications for Valet· Proven safe driver and clean driving records is essential· Valid personal car insurance is required· Must have a valid driver’s license· Ability to communicate professionally· Customer service experience and friendly demeanor· Ability to multitask and tend to several customers at once· Ability to work independently as required· Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission· Organizational skills are necessary to quickly recall the location of vehicles and their appropriate keys· Must be able to work varied schedule including nights and weekends Pay: $20 an hour
