Job Summary
The VP of Operations is responsible for the overall management of the company's day-to-day operations, improving business efficiency, cross-departmental coordination, and strategic execution. This role ensures the company's operations are efficient, compliant, and scalable, and drives continuous optimization across quality, cost, speed, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities (10–15)
1. Develop and Implement Operational Strategy
Collaborate with the CEO and senior management team to develop the company's annual operational strategy and execution plan.
Translate the company's long-term strategy into actionable processes, key metrics, and action roadmaps.
2. Manage Day-to-Day Operations and Drive Efficiency Improvement
Optimize the company's overall operational processes (process standardization, automation, cross-departmental collaboration).
Monitor key operational metrics (KPIs, OKRs) to ensure the organization executes as planned.
3. Drive Process Improvement and Operational Transformation
Lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR), digital transformation, and the introduction of automation tools (such as ERP, CRM, RPA). 4. **Continuously Identify Operational Bottlenecks and Develop Improvement Plans**
5. **Cost Control and Budget Management**
Develop operational budgets, monitor cost structures, and optimize resource allocation.

9. **Supply Chain and External Resource Management**

Job Requirements
Education Background
Bachelor's or Master's degree, with preference given to candidates in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related fields.
Work Experience
10 years of operations management experience, including at least 3-5 years at the senior management or director level.
Experience in cross-departmental management and managing complex operational systems.
Professional Skills
Proficient in process management, supply chain, business optimization, and data analysis.
Familiar with ERP/CRM/PMO tools (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Jira, etc.).
Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
