The Role
As our Fiberglass Fabricator, you'll build, repair and finish the custom fiberglass and composite parts that go into our new coaches. These include interior components, exterior panels, fairings, compartments, and one-off custom pieces. Our clients spend seven figures on these coaches, so fit and finish matter at every step.

- Trim, grind, sand, and fit parts to the coach to meet tight tolerances
- Read drawings, templates, and measurements, and work from build specs
- Mix resins and catalysts correctly for the temperature and working time
- Prep finished parts for paint, including filling, fairing, and sanding to a paint-ready surface
- Work with the production, paint, and cabinetry teams to keep builds on schedule
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow PPE and chemical-handling procedures
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of hands-on fiberglass or composite fabrication experience (marine, RV, automotive, or aerospace experience is a strong plus)
- Experience with hand layup; experience with mold making, vacuum bagging, or infusion is a plus
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to use hand and power tools: grinders, DA sanders, routers, and measuring tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a respirator and full PPE
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license; must pass a background check and drug screen
- Schedule- work hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday
