Candidate Profile
- 15–18 years of progressive IT experience
- Mandatory: Extensive experience within a university or higher-education environment
- Proven track record as CIO / Head of IT / Director of IT
- Experience leading large, cross-functional IT teams
Core Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for the entire IT function
- Own and govern:
- IT Infrastructure & Data Centers
- Cybersecurity & Information Security
- Enterprise Networking
- Core Academic & Administrative Systems
- Define and execute institutional IT strategy and roadmap
- Ensure regulatory compliance, data security, and risk management
- Oversee IT budgets, vendors, and strategic partnerships
- Drive digital transformation and modernization initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
Key Expertise Required
- Enterprise infrastructure architecture
