Technical / Role-Specific Requirements (Customize Per Role)
- Check guests in and out during overnight hours
- Handle late arrivals, walk-ins, and early departures
- Respond to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies
- Answer phones and manage reservations
- Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance if needed
- Monitor lobby activity and ensure guest safety and security
- Balance and reconcile:
- Room revenue
- Cash, credit card, and digital payments
- Verify all transactions posted to guest accounts
- Ensure all departments (front desk, restaurant, bar, spa, etc.) have posted charges correctly
- Investigate and correct discrepancies
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (management/executive roles)
