Leadership Requirements
Proven leadership experience in hospitality or related industry

Technical / Role-Specific Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or in a similar role within the hospitality or facilities management sector
- Strong knowledge of CAPEX, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and relevant maintenance practices
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with other departments and external vendors
- Technical proficiency in CMMS and/ or other maintenance management software
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and protocols pertinent to building management
- Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support hotel operations
- A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Education
