About the Role: Banquet Server
As our Banquet Server, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
This role is ideal for someone who brings a passion for hospitality, takes ownership, and is committed to continuous improvement and results.

What You'll Be Doing
Operations & Execution
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with brand standards
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

- Knowledgeable of event menu items and their contents, appropriate table settings and service ware, and the correct preparation and garnishing methods
- Assist with food and table prep before the event begins
- Set up buffets with food presentation standards and practices in mind, ensuring safe food handling performance
- Serve plated dinners to guests and respond to requests for beverages and other needs
- Responds quickly to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Carves meats, bones fish and fowl, and prepares flaming dishes and desserts
- Ladles soup, tosses salads, portions pies and desserts, brews coffee, and tea
- Clean up after event ends and assist with inventory, food storage and other closeout tasks.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills

- Required to walk and stand throughout the majority of each shift
- Regularly lift 20-40 pounds
- Patience, tact and diplomacy
- Ability to obtain TIPS certification
- Must have a valid food handlers' card
- Guest attentiveness and a neat appearance
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Be professional in all interactions with guests and associates.
