Pay & Schedule
- Follow-Up Visits: $45–$75 per visit
- Start of Care (SOC) Visits: $100–$125 per visit
- Flexible scheduling: per diem, part-time, or full-time opportunities
- Note: This is per-visit pay, not hourly. Consistent assignments available.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient health and home environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Coordinate care with physicians, RNs, and the care team
- Document patient progress and update records
- Supervise home health aides as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Current CPR certification
- 1 years nursing experience (home health preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with electronic charting and mobile healthcare technology
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently in the field and perform physical tasks (lifting, transferring patients)
