- Perform deep-dive analysis of business problems and provide actionable recommendations.
- Present analytical findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Build ad hoc and recurring reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Identify root causes of business issues and develop supporting data analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data-driven processes and outcomes.
- Strong experience with database design and data modeling.
- Advanced SQL experience.
- Experience with BI and analytics tools such as:
- SAS
- Tableau
- Cognos
- Spotfire
- Alteryx
- Knime
- Experience building statistical models and deriving insights from historical data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience supporting enterprise data engineering or analytics organizations.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in large-scale data and analytics environments.
