- Maintain and support an internally built Power Platform workflow tool
- Troubleshoot defects and perform ongoing maintenance
- Design, build, test, and implement enhancements
- Manage and prioritize backlog items in SharePoint
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions
- Validate data and support reporting needs
- Participate in triage, prioritization, testing, and release processes
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on coding/programming experience (non-academic)
- Strong development experience with:
- Power Apps (Canvas Apps)
- Power Automate
- Experience with Modern SharePoint (backend and backlog management)
- Proven track record of actual coding (not just requirements gathering or design)
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a small team
- SQL (ability to run queries)
- VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
- Banking or financial services background
