The Director of Food and Beverage at River Oaks Golf Club is responsible for all activities in the F&B Department including:
- Daily F&B service including overseeing kitchen operations, FOH, togo and bar service
- Event operations including club events and private events
- Admistrative work including record keeping, reporting and member ticket management
- Employee management including hiring/firing, training and scheduling
- Working with other department heads to achieve Club operational goals
- Being part of the social media team marketing to members and promting private events
- Inventory and cost control
- Working with other department heads to achieve member retention goals
F&B Directors qualifications should include:
- 5 years of club work with minimum three years in club management
- Strong event operations background
- Strong team leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent proplem solving and multitasking skills
- Strong member service skills and knowledge
- Strong bar tending / training background
- Ability to learn Clubessential POS and back of house operations software
