About the Role
Millennium Events & Floral is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our Event Operations team. This position plays a critical role in the successful execution of events by supporting both warehouse operations and on-site event installations.
Our team works behind the scenes to transform venues into memorable event experiences. From corporate functions and galas to weddings and private celebrations, every project presents a unique opportunity to create something exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and teardown event equipment, including tables, chairs, staging, drape, and other decor
- Load, unload, and transport event materials safely and efficiently
- Pull, prepare, organize, and return inventory within the warehouse
- Assist with event installations at hotels, convention centers, private residences, and other venues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow direction from Event Leads and Supervisors to ensure successful event execution
- Adapt to changing event requirements and timelines
- Handle company equipment responsibly and adhere to all safety procedures
Work Environment
This position requires working in a variety of settings and conditions, including:
- Hotels, ballrooms, convention centers, private residences, and outdoor venues
- Indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
- Physically active work involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift
- Fast-paced environments where teamwork, communication, and flexibility are essential
Schedule
- Flexible, variable schedule based on event demand
- Majority of shifts occur during daytime hours
- Evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability required
- Weekly schedules may vary depending on event needs
QualificationsRequired
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and priorities
- Commitment to professionalism, safety, and quality work
Preferred
- Previous experience in event operations, warehouse work, logistics, moving, or related fields
- Familiarity with basic tools and safe lifting practices
