What You'll Do
- Lead business development initiatives across key markets.
- Oversee and manage the marketing team, ensuring output, deliverables, and initiatives align with growth goals.
- Develop and execute strategies that drive measurable outcomes such as pipeline expansion, increased client acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Build, manage, and strengthen a client portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners; become a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with leadership and technical staff to design and refine long‑term strategies aligned to company objectives.
- Represent Millennium at conferences, trade shows, and client meetings to increase visibility and create new opportunities.
- Partner closely with Technical Staff and Program Managers to ensure corporate goals are met through coordinated delivery.
- Travel 25–50% as needed to meet with clients and teams across the state.
What You'll Bring
- Knowledge of the A/E/C sector and its intersection with the Education, Construction, Healthcare, and Real Estate industries (required).
- Client/account management experience with a record of growing and retaining strategic accounts (required).
- Strong ability to translate technical capabilities (industrial hygiene, building sciences, H&S, regulatory compliance) into client value.
- Relationship builder with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Organized, metrics‑driven, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management best practices (e.g., Unanet) is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $130,000 – $160,000 annually
- Performance Bonus: Estimated at 3% – 15% based on results
