Reports To: Manager of Operations – Post Recovery – Transportation
SUMMARY:
Provide service to accounts within Transportation. Oversees all collateral stored and transportation of vehicle to auction. Align with client expectations for reporting and data collection.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Maintain accurate records within established systems and processes for each account.
§ Communicate with our clients and agent network regarding specific account information, account assignments and actions in order to effectively execute the transportation of vehicles to auto auctions.
§ Perform necessary follow-up functions to meet client compliance requirements
§ Resolve account issues as needed and communicate via reports in Excel, email, and phone all issues and concerns regarding account activity to supervisor and management.
§ Assume additional duties as needed.

§ Excellent verbal and written communication
§ Strong customer service skills including active listening
§ Strong Organizational skills, a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
§ Advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
§ Able to meet requirements with minimal oversight and direction
Required Education and Experience:
§ Highschool Degree/GED
§ Transport logistics experience (preferred)
§ Experience with high inbound/outbound call volume (preferred)
Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
