What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assignment Processing Specialist - Order Entry position at Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation?
SUMMARY:
Support repossession process by evaluating collateral details and assigning accounts to the most appropraite reposession agent based on geographic region, performance factors, and operational guidlines.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Meet established performance goals and deadlines in ways that comply with company & client service level agreements.
§ Maintain accurate records within established systems and processes for each account.
§ Perform necessary follow-up functions to meet client requirements.
§ Process documentation and prepare reports as necessary to support account and client requirements.
§ Resolve account issues as needed and communicate issues/concerns regarding account activity to supervisor and management.
§ Reviews and enters data into e-commerce systems according to established procedures.
§ Ensures accuracy of all data recorded and performs database maintenance functions, supporting Millennium Capital’s vision, mission and goals.
§ Prepare documents, identify and interpret data to be keyed into e-commerce system.
§ Contact clients of documents to resolve any questions, inconsistencies or missing data.
§ Enter sub-status codes in accordance with company operations process.
§ Review orders to ensure that all data has been entered correctly into system.
§ Upload original client document into e-commerce system for record keeping.
§ Maintain confidential information and follow all company regulations.
§ Generate and maintain order log to document the number of orders received by client, number of orders assigned out, closed orders and other necessary categories.
§ Reviews account pricing structure, location, agent performance and volume to send out to appropriate subcontractor.
§ Verify agent order is assigned and run accounts based on guidelines set by client / Millennium Capital and Recovery.
§ Call agents to obtain price quotes when needed.
§ Request additional fees when applicable from client.
§ Reassign and dual assign accounts at the directive of the Case Manager. Keeps record of these reassigns and dual assigns in order entry log.
§ Perform special projects as requested.
§ Assume additional duties as needed.

Required Education and Experience:
§ High school diploma or equivalent.
§ Proficient computer literacy (Microsoft office)
Work Environment: Training provided on site at the Akron office location. After successful completion, work will be performed consistently with current MCRC role.
