About the Role:
The Casework Installer/Assembler plays a crucial role in the production, assembly, installation, and finishing of high-quality casework/millwork solutions for various environments. This position involves interpreting blueprints and specifications to ensure that all components are assembled and installed accurately and efficiently. The end result of this role is to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing casework/millwork that meets the client's needs and enhances the overall design of the space. The installer/assembler will also be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to customer satisfaction and the reputation of the company in the industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Understanding of Materials and Manufacturing Processes in millworks
High level of attention to detail
Understanding of blueprint drawings
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements.
Assemble casework components using various tools and techniques, ensuring precision and quality in every piece.
Install casework in designated locations, ensuring proper alignment, stability, and adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with team members and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and resolve any on-site issues.
Conduct quality checks on completed installations and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications.
