Role Description
We are seeking a Certified Spanish Interpreter for on-site located near Hershey, PA and sorrounding areas. The interpreter will handle medical, professional, and general interpretation tasks to facilitate effective communication between Spanish-speaking individuals and English-speaking personnel. Daily responsibilities include performing simultaneous interpretation, conducting accurate translations, and supporting diverse language service needs in dynamic, real-time settings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Interpretation and strong knowledge of Terminology within healthcare contexts
- Experience in Simultaneous Interpretation and Interpreting across diverse settings
- Experience in Translation and overall Language Services
- Certified Spanish Interpreter credential or equivalent certifications
- Exceptional bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Strong cultural competence and ability to adapt to diverse audiences
- Ability to work on-site in Hershey, Pennsylvania and sorrounding areas.
- Previous experience in conference interpretation is a plus
