We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an upcoming lease-up property in Hurricane. This role involves supervising team members and managing resources to achieve financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the property within financial guidelines.
- Shows great ability to sell and lease apartments.
- Conduct daily inspections and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Supervise staff, including scheduling, task delegation, and conflict resolution.
- Interview and hire property employees.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, reporting any infractions.
- Meet leasing objectives through effective sales techniques, including direct leasing.
- Use independent judgment to resolve resident requests or concerns.
- Handle administrative duties, including required reporting.
- Develop and maintain resident retention programs, such as newsletters, referral programs, and social activities.
- Design and implement marketing and advertising strategies.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, fair housing, and safety guidelines.
- Investigate and report incidents involving residents, employees, vendors, or others.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by their Regional Manager
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 3-4 years of property management and experience.
- Leadership experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
